Hello, I’m Sam Thompson, Owner of Real Property Management Midwest. I’m so glad you’ve found us on our website. We understand that turning over a rental property to a property manager requires a lot of trust and you have many options for a Property Management Company. We’ve helped tens of thousands of Landlords and Homeowners lease and manage their single biggest investment.

A little information about myself: I grew up in a small family, just one sister, and a dad that taught me the value of hard work. I learned that owning rental property was the best investment you could ever make. I graduated from Thomas More College, and the University of Cincinnati. But I had a passion for Real Estate and I loved the challenge of running something bigger than myself. Real Property Management Midwest had some extreme growth with the bust in the housing market in 2007 and 2008, and we manage over 1000 properties throughout the Midwest. What I love about coming to work every day is that I get to help Homeowners keep their investment safe and sleep well at night, and I get a chance to make a lot of jobs for local families in the area. Making local jobs and running a company gives me a chance to teach my children many things, including giving back to the community. In my spare time I volunteer at my children’s schools teaching computer class and as Treasurer of the Athletic Club at our Church. I also love to work on my RC Airplanes and spending time with my wife and children.
