RPM has managed my 11 houses since March of 08. They have saved me thousands of dollars over the last year or so. I know exactly what to expect every month because they let me know if there are any large expenses before I get sent my money, and when I have questions they actually answer the phone and answer them for me. They pay all my bills (the ones the tenants don’t pay). I’d highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be an investor, not a landlord.

From a renter’s perspective, RPM Midwest is a great company to work with to find your new home.

Needing to downsize, and having only a month or so to move after the sale of my old home, I searched for rental properties online and made inquiries about several different homes from various rental companies. RPM was the only rental agency to actually contact me back, and they reached out to me in less than a day after sending my initial inquiry.

Rental Agent Bonnie Louis did a great job in finding the time to show us the house and to work out the details of the lease within the necessary timeframe. And, it’s a beautiful house in a fantastic subdivision too!

I’ve had to use RPM’s online maintenance request portal just one time due to a furnace issue, and the response time and follow-up to the problem was fantastic. No more dealing with landlords who ignore problems and take weeks to fix things. A furnace repairman was there within hours.
