Text Message Subscriber Opt-In:
Anyone who engages Real Property Management Midwest (hereinafter “RPM”) and gives their mobile phone number to RPM will be automatically opted-in to Text Messaging Services. All residents agree to “Opt in” to text messaging services at time of Lease signing.
By Opting in users understand that Real Property Management Midwest will send text messages periodically to anyone opted into messaging services. Messages will not have a pre-defined sending/receiving frequency but will be used to communicate with the person about property management, leasing, lease renewal, move out, move in, maintenance and emergency information. Message and data rates may apply to any and all messages.

At any time, any user may reply “STOP”or “HELP”.

If you reply “STOP” to a text campaign, you will be opted out and you will then receive the following message- “You have successfully opted out of receiving messages from Real Property Management Midwest and this confirms that the consumer will receive no further messages.”

If you reply “HELP” to a text campaign, you will receive the following message: ”Thank you for reaching out to Real Property Management Midwest – Please call us at (513) 762-9000 or email us at help@rpmmidwest.com for support.”

Number Pooling: RPM does not use Number Pooling.

Direct Lending or Loan Arrangement: RPM Does not engage in Lending or loans of any kind. All messages or potential campaigns are not related to any lending/loans.

Embedded Link: Any campaigns will NOT send out embedded links in any campaign messages.

Single Communication(s): All users who provide their number are “opting-in” to our texting services, campaigns and single communication instances. “RPM” may send individual messages that are not part of any message campaign and not subject to the FCC’s rules on mass marketing. These individual Communications will be used for communicating of leasing (re-letting), rental payment, maintenance, emergency and other property managment issues.
